We provide two options for your setting. 1. We are affiliated with several prime jewelry manufacturers who produce settings on a large scale and who have the ring/pendant/earring models on hand to ensure quick and efficient delivery. This option is a more cost effective one, and does not compromise on quality or finish. 2. We have a full custom workshop on the premises with a fully equipped CAD department. CAD renditions are e-mailed to the customer first for approval and then the ring is cast and hand finished. This pricing is a little higher, but is still very competitive compared to other well known custom jewelry designers and stores. All custom work is final and non refundable.
    8. How can I find out my/her ring size?
The most accurate way to find out a ring size is to have your/her finger sized locally. Be sure to have it sized for the correct width of the band. Yes, your package is fully insured in transit. Insurance ends when you sign for the package at the FedEx Station
    2. How do I insure my diamond or diamond jewelry?
Many people think that the best way to insure their jewelry is to add a rider to their homeowner's insurance. This is not always the most cost effective option and it usually pays to research companies who insure diamonds and jewelry separately. A separate jewelry policy helps you avoid the very real risk of putting your valuable Homeowner's policy in jeopardy in terms of higher premiums, or even cancellation, in the event your jewelry is lost or stolen. Jeweler's Mutual Insurance (JMI) is a full service and reputable company. Jeweler's Mutual offers a simple, affordable jewelry-only insurance policy, based on an invoice or appraisal provided by the jeweler at the point of sale so that your jewelry is covered before you even receive it.
